Zomato Launches Nugget: AI Chatbot for Fast & Smart Customer Support

Nugget AI Chatbot: No-Code Customer Support Solution Launched by Zomato

Deepinder Goyal, CEO of Eternal, Zomato’s parent company, has introduced Nugget, an AI-powered, no-code customer support platform. Announced via an X post on Monday, Goyal described Nugget as a highly customizable and cost-effective autonomous support solution that businesses can deploy without requiring any coding knowledge.

“Refined over three years as an in-house tool, Nugget now oversees over 15 million customer support interactions each month across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure.” We are now extending its availability to businesses globally, with 90% of those who have explored Nugget already signing up,” Goyal stated.

As the first product from Zomato Labs, Nugget aims to streamline customer service by automating up to 80% of inquiries while cutting down response time by 20%. The AI-driven chatbot can adapt in real-time and be implemented effortlessly, even by businesses without a dedicated developer team.

Currently live, Nugget boasts 99.99% uptime and has already handled millions of interactions. Interested businesses can sign up at nugget.zomato.com. While financial details remain undisclosed, Nugget is positioned as an affordable, efficient customer support solution.

Key features include advanced image classification—ideal for industries like food delivery—along with quality audits, intelligent conversations, chat summarization, and contextual action support for businesses looking to enhance customer service efficiency.
