Linktree now enables users to enhance link visibility through the featured layout function

Link-in-bio startup Linktree has unveiled new features today, including a featured layout to better showcase links, the capability to fetch the latest Instagram posts, and support for a more prominent profile picture.

The new featured layout is particularly useful for emphasizing specific links. When opting for the “Featured layout” for a link, it automatically expands with a preview of content from YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Instagram.

In January, Linktree introduced a feature to automatically retrieve the latest posts from YouTube and TikTok. Now, the platform extends this support to Instagram, displaying up to six of the latest posts and Reels from the user’s account.

Additionally, Linktree is expanding support for a larger profile picture, providing a more visually striking image on the user’s profile that complements their page’s color scheme.

A new feature called “Text Links” has also been introduced to allow simple text display on the profile. This feature enables users to showcase details such as a detailed bio, opening hours, or blog content.

Linktree, with over 47 million users, recently launched its social commerce program in alpha with partners like Sephora, Revolve, and Urban Outfitters. The company has announced commission rates for creators ranging from 12% to 15% through affiliate links.
